About Waivers There are four separate waivers that You Must Ensure Each And Every Guest that visits Blue Lake with you has read and signed. Please provide the Blue Lake office with your signed waivers at least 10 days prior to attending Blue Lake. If you have any questions regarding the waiver, its wording and the limits that it places upon you as a user of Blue Lake, please contact your legal advisor. If you have any questions regarding the implementation process, please do not hesitate to contact the office and we will attempt to answer your questions. Directions on the use of the waivers:
It is the responsibility of the group leader to ensure that all people attending the Blue Lake facility have read, understand and have signed a waiver. Anyone refusing to sign a waiver unfortunately will not be covered by our insurance program and therefore cannot attend with your group. Children under 13 are not required to sign any waiver, but their parent/guardian is. Youth over 13 must sign their waiver, as well as have their parents sign one. Please Remember... As The Group Supervisor, You Are Responsible For Ensuring That All Guests Visiting Blue Lake With You Have Signed a Waiver And That It Has Been Returned To The Office Prior To Attendance! |
