Cabin Rental
Cabins can be rented year round. There is a capacity for 102 people in 10 cabins; each sleeps 6-16 people. Each cabin contains bunk beds and a wood stove (with fire starting materials, wood etc). View a map of the cabin layout here.
Lodge Rental
Available year round, the Blue Lake Lodge provides an enjoyable retreat for family and friends. The Lodge sleeps a max of 15 people and has a fully contained kitchen, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, a living area that overlooks the lake, a wood fireplace, in floor heating, a loft with two queen hide-a-bed couches, and a large deck overlooking the lake. All you have to bring is your food, beverages and toiletries. Everything else is Included! Don’t want to do the cooking? Ask about hiring our chef for an extra cost. Just outside the door there are a wide variety of recreation activities for you to choose from!
Training Centre
The Blue Lake Lodge also contains a Training Centre in the basement for an extra cost. There is over 1000 square feet and contains a wet bar, bar fridge, dinnerware, bedroom with queen bed and a full bath.

STEPS TO RESERVING YOUR RENTAL AT BLUE LAKE
STEP 1 – Reserving
Review Blue Lake’s online Group Rentals Information Package. Fill out Blue Lake's Group Rental Request Form with information pertaining to your group's stay. This information will be used to create a quote for your booking. Send your form in by fax (1-250-426-3933) or email: info@bluelakecentre.com
STEP 2 – Quotes and Agreements
Once we receive your booking request form, we will compile a quote and send it along with a Booking Contract for your group. To confirm your rental, please forward your completed booking contract along with a 50% deposit. Visa, MaterCard, or cheques made payable to Blue Lake Forest Education Society are accepted. Confirmation will be sent upon receiving your information.
STEP 3 – Review and Confirmation
2 weeks prior to your arrival, you are required to confirm numbers and final details of your group’s stay, submit all medical forms and waivers for each participant, copies of insurance/certification1 and any pet agreement forms if applicable. We must receive these documents prior to your arrival at camp. All forms are available at the bottom of this page.

STEP 4 – Registration and Check-in
Upon arrival at camp, you are required to sign in with Blue Lake staff in the registration building. The Site Coordinator will provide you and your group with information pertaining to safety, emergency procedures, expectations of the group, and Blue Lake’s policies and procedures. You will then be shown your group’s areas of use.
STEP 5 – Check-out and Deregistration
Your group is responsible for cleaning the areas of use to the level of cleanliness or better than how you found it. Prior to departure, you will be required to check out with the Site Coordinator. There will be a check out inspection completed at this time with your group’s primary contact and Blue Lake’s Site Coordinator or designate. This inspection includes a walk though to sign off on cleaning, damages or any other additional charges or concerns.
STEP 6 – Final Payment
You will recieve the final invoice within 2 weeks from the date of your stay. All final payments must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice date. Overdue payments are subject to interest of 24% per annum.
Rental Forms:
Each member of your group must fill out a health form and a waiver. Forms must be completed for all guests in your group, and returned to the office no later than 2 weeks before the Licence Period.
